Message	license should be improved (look at Germany). We should have to renew it every year, not every half a decade. A lot can happen between age 90 and age 95, yathink? We should make it a lot less difficult to get into this country so we have less illegal immigrants, thus making it easier for them to become legal, therefore learning more english, actually owning a license and insurance, etc. Not saying it would make it 190-200%, just saying it would at least increase it by 130%. I could go on. Driving laws in the united states make me furious.
